Choose the right hearing protector

To choose the right hearing protector, you must be aware of the noise situation at your workplace. We recommend that you use the HML method, which is easy and very reliable. HML indicates the hearing protector’s attenuation of high, mid-range and low-frequency noise.

All you need to know to choose the right hearing protector is the noise levels at your workplace and the protector’s H, M and L values. The HML values are always printed in the user’s guide, but bör vara to determine the noise levels, you need to measure.
